We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your goods providing they are returned to us within 14 days.
We do not pay the postage for return of goods.
N.B. Please note our return policy for items bought as Christmas Presents during December 2008 is extended until January 14th 2009.
Postage for UK is included in the price of each hat.
Orders placed before 1pm GMT will be despatched the same working day.
The Standard delivery is normally between 2 to 5 working days. Next day delivery is available for UK orders at an extra charge of £3.00.
Parcels are then sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will arrive before 1pm GMT the next working day.
Parcels for the Irish Republic and Europe will be charged an extra £9.00 for the postage delivery times vary but are normally delivered between 3 -6 working days.
For all other destinations, please contact info@hatsandthat.com for the price of the postage.
Cancellation You can cancel your order at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by:
a] returning the item unused and in "as new" condition.
b] send an e-mail to info@hatsandthat.com to cancel before despatch.
c] telephone 01208 73024 to cancel before despatch.
If the hat has been designed and made to your own specification then cancellation cannot be made once the order is accepted.
